Sector Maker Program:

Sector maker is a FREE MapBasic tool that takes your antenna information and turns it into a mapinfo layer
Step 1: your information must contain the following

Cell number
Cell name
Latitude decimal
Longitude decimal
Sector number
Antenna Beam width
Antenna azimuth

This information can be in any order and can be include in with other information.
Step 2: Import you data into MapInfo and leave the table open
Step 3: Go to the menu bar chose OCG-Tools/ Sector maker
